Shipping Policy

It is important to also take into consideration if your order falls into any of the following categories. For example, Custom Work, Special Orders, Personalized, or Engraved items take longer to make; with this in mind, you may try to order these items earlier if their is a deadline you are trying to meet. We cannot ship the item if it has not been made. Remember, during each Holiday, especially Christmas and Valentines, many more customers will be ordering the above items. Consequently, customers should try to order as early as possible unless they do not have a deadline. The manufacturer's have cut-off dates where they can only make so many pieces of jewely, which are guaranteed for a particular date. Ask a Customer Service Representative how long your item will take to be made before it may be shipped to you.

www.NewYorkJewelryOnline.com will ship all jewelry items purchased from New York Jewelry Online by using FedEx, UPS, or The United States Post Office so that shipments can be tracked online and will arrive on time at their destinations.

Our products will be shipped only to addresses in the United States and Canada. Please note New York Jewelry, LLC will not ship to Post Office (PO) Boxes!Please provide an actual delivery address for your order.

Each product detail page includes the approximate number of days required to process your order and ship. Depending on the value of your order, your package will arrive 1-6 business days after shipment. Shipments sent by FedEx® Ground usually arrive in 1-6 days. Shipments sent by FedEx® Priority Overnight or 2Days delivery service usually arrive in 1-2 working days.

How do I upgrade my shipping option?

Your order delivery method is determined by the value of your order. However, if an upgraded shipping option applies to your order value, you may upgrade to a higher option in the order review page during the checkout process.

Shipping to an alternate address

We will ship to an alternate address only if you choose to pay using direct wire transfer. When you choose bank transfer as the payment option during the checkout process you will be given the option to ship to an alternative address.

Signature Requirement

Please note that all shipments need your signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you may have given FedEx®.
